Our first presenter today is Grace-Marie Turner, Presidånt of the Galen Institute. Grace-Marie is also the founder of the Håalth Policy Consensus group, an informal grîup of health policy analysts committed to the free-marketÁîriented, consumer-based reform of AmericaÁs health care syståm. SheÁs the editor of a series of essays on the subjåct, Empowering Health Care Consumers Thrîugh Tax Reform, published in 1999 by the University of Miñhigan Press. Previously, she served as Executive Directîr of the National Commission on Economic Growth and Tax Refîrm.
